Congrats on joining Blue Storm 2025-2026!

Below are some reminders about our program:

The season is broken into three main components:

•      Fall 2025 – We will use this for skill development and getting all girls into games, plenty of at bats for all and some trying new positions. We’ll have regular practices and games through early November (based on the team) Our 9U team will play KLBS Fall Recreation League.

•      Winter ‘25/26 – We will continue to have 90 min sessions every Saturday morning from December through March at the indoor East Coast facility! We will continue to utilize weekly hitting and pitching coaching throughout our Saturday winter sessions. We will also continue our amazing weekly strength and conditioning sessions in Mount Kisco. These will be run by a professional trainer. Teams may also select to play in winter tournament(s).

•     Spring: Once the winter sessions end; All players in Grades 7 and younger will play in the KLBS Rec Program spring season. Additionally, we will hold spring practices and potentially play an exhibition game or two on non-Rec days to continue team development. 

•     Summer – Hold mid-June through July! That is our busy season and all players are required to be available. We will play 20-30 games in six weeks and hit the road for some cool tournaments. Fun for all, including siblings and parents.

Uniforms: We will continue to update our uniforms. Check with your individual coach regarding uniform needs. Uniform costs are included in the price!!!

Fees: There will be an inclusive program fee of $1550-1750 per player (depending upon age). For ages 10U and above, parents were required to make a $500 deposit to the league venmo. As such, the fee for registration appears as $1250 ($1750 less the $500 deposit). For 9U the annual fee is $1550.

This fee includes fall, winter and summer programming, as well as uniforms. The league does a great job at keeping costs down as it is a 501(c)(3) and gets preferred pricing for many of the expenses. You will be able to pay by credit card when you register your child and you can also select a payment plan.

Fundraising: Each team will be responsible for fundraising. We’ll have a set amount and a fundraiser program established later. We will also continue to look to local sponsors and corporate fundraising – if you have any thoughts or questions on how to help with this, please reach out. As KLBS is a not for profit 501(c)(3), some of the companies that you work for may match.
